In order to complete our projects we often require input from other disciplines, these disciplines are not necessarily in-house teams.

In some cases we offer our in-house teams an opportunity to read over the tender documents and decide whether the scope of work aligns with their capability. Examples of this include:

Subconsultants used by KBR must be registered within our Subconsultant Register (NEED TO GET LINK). Subconsultants not on the register need to be added prior to being engaged for the work.

When reaching out to a subconsultant send them over the tender documents and our standard T&Cs for their review to confirm whether they are interested in partnering for the engagement. Once the bid document format has been setup and you have an idea of how much input is required from your subconsultants send them a bid template for them to populate. Be sure to note a date you require input by so subconsultants are aware of our expectations.
