Pulling It Together
Once you’ve gone through and prepared the bid documents it is important to have someone senior lined up to check over it. Send them a teams invite for a few hours so that they have some time aside to review.
During this review they will be looking at the bid documents against the tender documents to ensure we have provided the best team and experience for the project as well as ensuring that we have provided all the information the tenderer has requested. Finally, they will go through and review the EAC builder as a sanity check for the hours that have been provided.
Once they have finished their review and you have made any changes required it is time to participate in the Operations (Ops) Review.
