Operations Review
The proposal lead should book in an operations review (ops review) approximately one week prior to the bid submission date. The ops review includes the proposal lead, project sponsor, market sector manager and operations manager. The bid process should be as near to complete as possible as this meeting acts as a time for management to review the bid document, price and team for the project.
