It’s EAC Week, yay!

Toward the end of every month PMs are required to submit the project status which encompasses an EAC, project status update (PSR), and usually invoicing.

To submit an EAC:

  1. Navigate to the PM Docs tab on your project’s P+ page
  2. Create a folder for this month
  3. Create your EAC Builder OR copy the EACB used when developing the bid estimate provided the fee = AS Sold
  4. Update and post your EAC - follow these steps for guidance
  5. Provide comments in P+ and send for approval

To submit a Project Status Update:

  1. Navigate to the PSR tab on your project’s P+ page
  2. Select the correct month
  3. Update the ‘traffic light system’ for each KPI and provide any comments
  4. Change progress to Ready for Review, save & close
