Expectations

Although dependent on your position and level in the company, it is expected that staff will be in the office at least 3 days per week. As such work from home can be undertaken no more than 2 days per week.

The recommended guide for minimum work from home days for different levels in the company are:

Position	Expected Minimum Days in the Office
Level 00 - Intern	5 days a week
Level 10 - Graduate Engineer	4 days a week
Level 20 - Mid-Level Engineer and above	3 days a week

Keep your office calendar and teams status up to date if you are working from home.

IT

Your computer will work at home though there can be some issues connecting to the KBR drives since you won’t be on the office’s wifi network.

Ensure that you have ZScaler downloaded which will automatically connect you to KBR’s VPN Network
