KBR allows for use of artificial intelligence for work-related tasks.

The company only allows for use of Microsoft Copilot as this has additional security measures in place compared to other openly available generative AI. Copilot Security

It is highly recommended NOT to use AI for design work as most of the time it lacks an understanding of the standards and engineering nuiance required.

AI can be used to assist with reporting, bid prep and coding.

Copy and pasting AI generated text though technically not wrong isn’t advisable as the text from Copilot often doesn’t sound very human, particularly due to its overuse of adjectives.

If copying AI generated text read it and edit it to sound more like how someone would realistically write. This might also require you to reread it the following day with a fresh set of eyes as report and bid writing can be draining.
